Dr. David Folweiler has provided chiropractic care for residents of the Pacific Northwest since 1994. He holds a diplomate in rehabilitation. He is the current chair of the Industrial Insurance Chiropractic Advisory Committee and the Advisory Committee on Healthcare and Innovation and Evaluation. He is an internal consultant with the Office of the Medical Director at Labor & Industries. He also serves on the Labor & Industries Provider Credentialing Committee. A member of WSCA since 1995.
Dr. Les White graduated from Palmer College of Chiropractic in 1967 and had been in private practice in Burien, WA for the past 50 years. He received diplomate status in Chiropractic Orthopedics in 1983 from Western States Chiropractic College and is an approved chiropractic consultant and an approved examiner for the Department of Labor and Industries. He has been an internal chiropractic consultant to the Department of Labor and Industries since 1988.
Dr. Ron Wilcox became a chiropractic consultant for the Department of Labor and Industries in1995. Two years later, he took the chiropractic-approved examiners course to become an approved examiner for the Department. Since that time, Dr. Wilcox has been providing second opinion consults for local area chiropractors on their injured workers and rating or closing examinations for the Department. He has nearly 20 years of service with L&I on its IICAC and ACHIEV committees. He is also the District 10 representative on the WSCA Board of Directors, and the District 5 representative to the Clinical Compass.
