With 20 years as a practicing chiropractor and 13 years as a practicing midwife, I am an expert on the female pelvis. My mission for the last 20+ years has been to learn and understand how I could make the greatest impact on pregnancy, birth outcomes, and women’s health through the childbearing years. My combined experience has led to a much more nuanced understanding of how chiropractic care is crucial for overall female pelvic health and how its benefits extend far beyond pain relief and pregnancy.

Integrating my skills and knowledge of chiropractic and midwifery, along with craniosacral, Mayan abdominal massage, and specialized training in women’s health problems, I have created care protocols focused on chiropractic adjustments and posture. My practice is in Kitsap County, Washington State.
